Day two working in the woods with the KX-040 Kabota excavator

Took the equipment back to the woods to continue cleaning up the Fiona damage. Amanda was doing the limbing using the MS 170 Stihl chainsaw. I have my MS 460 Stihl for the big stuff.
We were back last year in December and did an area, snow came and had to leave the rest. Lots to do to clean up what we can.

I can assure you that my wife wouldn't dare touch one of my saws. Life is good when you can work together like that.

@@mcpiddler1135 Amanda helps me roofing too. She does what she can and has learned a lot since we met three years ago. One of the best girls I’ve met actually. I’m hoping to post more of us working together 😊

My complements to the lady running the saw. I wish I could get my wife to run mine. I just wish that I was there to help. Ken

@@kenskip1 she’s doing well learning not to let the tree pinch the saw. Her ms170 was not working very good that day either. Muffler was plugged with soot from I think mixing too much oil in the gas. I fixed it later. Of course, when you’re limbing and a tree is all tangled up. It’s hard not to get pinched sometimes. She helps on the roof jobs I do as well carrying half bundles up the ladder, she likes spending time with me I guess and helping out. We are together all the time and get along great. Not many women like that left now. My mom was like that with my father helping outside when they use to get moss from the shore too but mom had 7 kids 🤪 Amanda and I don’t have kids yet.
