Sir why did we include 1 and 9 as well as it is saying between 1 and 9. Though by examining the question it is implied that we have to consider 9 but still it is saying (between 1 and 9) please clarify. Thank You

Why multiples are taken only 3,6,9 & why not comsidering 12 also? For highest score of C... we can take 12 also instead of 9 Day 2 : C=12 A=3 B=1
