Day1 Room4 Post Graduate Course (ACLF)

Recovering Aclf grade 3 had Plex session 4 ...now ...post discharge 176th day ... billirubin 5.2 inr 1.5 and alb 4.....no any prior cirrhosis ...fib 4 was 4.1 on admission December 2023 ....do I have any hope related to the recovery of billirubin ....let me explain I had fluctuating course ...on albumin infusion every 10th day for stable course ...now HB 10.6 platelet 141....cr..0.6 ....any suggestions sir ... myself also a doctor....I had NAFLD ...dili....alcohol as a acute injury ...precipitated by UTI and balanitis ...pneumonitis ...what will be my prognosis and I want to know do I have to live my rest of life with Icterus?...peak billirubin was 18 inr 1.85 ...alb was 2.1...
