When I first heard this song I felt so many emotions and pictured this whole story of how he's broken up and she's moved on and he's congratulating her for being happy without him (this was all without knowing any Korean and not reading up the lyrics). I am new to Day6. The first song that got my attention was When You Love Someone, then I listen to more songs and this particular song, Congratulation, is my favorite bcs it is quite related to my story. Then again I found out that this song is also a special track for the fans bcs this is the first single that got them rocketed to fame. Cmiiw. And YES, I didn't knew that they were 6 actually, as the band's name. Jun Hyeok's voice is astounding, his tone sounds similar to Exo's Suho, my other favorite musician. They sing in high larynx, creating that soft and distinct mix voice. Hope they can make him back to the band.

1년전부터 데이식스 알게 되서 데이식스의 좋은 노래 많이 듣고 있었는데 어제 우연히 congratulations 이 버전을 듣게 되었습니다. 듣다보니 데이식스 노래에서 처음으로 듣는 목소리가 들려서 알아보니 이 그룹에는 원래 준혁이라는 멤버가 있더군요. 준혁이라는 멤버가 불미스러운 일로 그룹에 상당한 피해를 입힌 것은 사실이라고 생각하지만 이 노래의 다른 버전을 들어왔던 저로서는 준혁이 있는 이 버전이 노래의 전체적인 음색이 훨씬 더 좋고 노래가 풍성하다는 느낌이 드네요. 청아하고 정말 깔끔한 준혁의 음색이 돋보입니다. 참 아깝네요.....(물론 그의 행동을 옹호하는 것은 아니지만 만약 그가 그룹에 남아있었다면 원래 좋은 데이식스의 노래가 더더더 좋아질 수 있었지 않았나....라는 생각을 해봅니다.)

I think it's because the word doesn't really have a set translation into English, some people say it means unbelievable some say amazing or incredible, and I'm not Korean nor do I speak Korean fluently but I think it can be said both positively and negatively!
