I know right… it always bothers me… But unless it is special stage like Sweet Chaos last time, it will always be unplugged. It’s always like this for band groups, its because the setting up of the equipments and dismantling it takes a lot of time so it’s “unfair” for the next idol group using the stage to wait. Buy yeah they should reconsider this point for band group… it is unfair for them not being able to play their instruments live too… it is part of the performance after all

Because they perform Walk during the actual running show(the live broadcast), unlike RTM that was prerecorded earlier, so they got to play live for RTM. For the live broadcast, there are a long lineup waiting to perform so live bands are almost impossible since it takes long time to prepare the stage and setup the equipments, as well as running the rehearsals.
