YES! More DAY6 please. And definitely more of the Young One covers too. My completely biased opinion - Young K is THE best vocalist, so versatile. With you on the smitten thing. fyi - Viva La Vida was recorded in London on the banks of the Thames during their tour. Most of the Young One project was done at various stops on the tour. The guitarist is Kiyoon Kim, one of the DAY6 support staff. He started off using a handheld microphone or a boom mic for these but then moved on to mostly using a lapel mic.

Thank you for your reaction..young k's vocal range is the widest in day6, he can go low note and high note..he is also the most versatile vocalist in day6 which is why he can easily change his voice depending on the song, his voice is the most difficult to differentiate among the day6 member..bcs of that he got the nickname chameleon..and i recommend you check umucado channel that talk about young k vocal and also wonpilates channel about day6 guide..

Youngk was the first one to catch my attention too and it was when they debuted with congratulation. I just love his voice bc his voice is not the type that u can find in kpop imo. But then again the other members' voices too are very distinct. Also youngk's control of his voice is just unbelievable that he made it seems effortless everytime. Like u said his voice just changes according the style of song he sing. You'll be shocked when u hear his raps like HOW. And then when skz debuted and i got into skz, to know my two biases which are chan and youngk are very close just made me so happy. Im living for their interactions now and they have similar personalities which i think bc they've been with eachother for so long since trainees. I remembered chan said that when he and youngk talk with eachother, other people wouldnt understand what their talking about bc them both are so weird but just matched so well with eachother lol. Btw youngk is from canada so he does speaks fluent english and his english name is brian. Please react more to his covers and jae's and ofcourse day6's stuff too. Thats alot of content tho and with skz too😅😂

See that's what I was going to say, there are a lot of incredible vocalist in the industry, but what sets them apart is the technique that they possess. It is extremely difficult to have that much control over your voice and to pull it off with such ease is even harder. It's almost so hard that I really only know of a handful of vocalists that are that skilled and I think that is why Young K impressed me so much. I was almost floored when I learned he was the main rapper. I was so confused. Him and Han are really one in the same lol. I love watching those two interact and I think that helped push me to look into him more in the first place. Yeah hopefully I can get to them soon, like I said I really wasn't even planning on doing this reaction but since I was dressed and really really really wanted to hear his covers I figured why not. But I definitely want to get into Day6, I just gotta get at least a decent portion through Stray Kids.

NCT and DAY6 are my ults!! After the last world tour, YoungK travelled through Europe more by himself. The Sinatra song was recorded on a boat in Amsterdam 🤩. Love from the Netherlands

Soooo it’s time for me to brag about Young K! ❤️ Young One is actually his cover project, new name he choose, in korean mean ‘forever’ (it’s not a literal translation but idk how to explain). Actually his initial reason of doing this bcs he want to practice his vocals. DAY6’s works circle over the years is comeback-promotion-korea concert-world tour, they’re so busy to the fact they said they don’t have time to practice (except for promotion and songs in their album) and learn more abt their instruments. So while in world tour (Young One season 1), Young K film all the covers to improve his vocals skill. He also have Young One season 2 which he start to cover some korean song but in S1 he did mostly english song (except DAY6 Ayaya). Along with Young One project (S1 and S2), he come with photobook iternary which pictures and his feelings/ words while doing Young One. To me it’s the best bcs his words in his iternary is sooo soothing, uplifting, sincere and arghhhhh idk I just love his photobook! The only thing I hate the most from this project is, Studio J never promoted (never twt in their official account) whenever the Young One video dropped! Usually Young K will upload or give some head up abt Young One in his personal ig. THE FACT THAT STUDIO J DID THE PHOTOBOOK THINGY FROM YOUNG ONE BUT NOT TWITTED ABT THE VIDOE….. I’M MAD MAD BUT WHATEVER STUJ 🙄 He is the main lyricist in DAY6 and he get an award as the best lyricist last year. Among DAY6 member, he has the most versatile and a huge range of voice; nevertheless it’s still him (he always kinda insecure bcs he think people can’t recognize his voice bcs of his range). In DAY6 he did the most back up vocal and he always add adlibs while singing in concert / live. Before he joining DAY6 he actually in a dance team and known as a triple-treat bcs he can dance-sing-rap well. He is a very good person. Idk how can I write on how admire I am towards his opinion / words abt life. He is very wise with words, his words alone always make me cry. He is the one that look into positivity; in how bad the life is. He is a hardworking person, he work even harder while DAY6 as a whole in hiatus; just bcs he don’t want My Day to forget DAY6 and he think if he can’t give contents / music to My Day, he kinda cut My Day happiness. He is so considerate. He’s kind towards other. He never complains. When he mad or he want to correct something, he did it politely (but he stand with his words). Idk he’s just one of the most wonderful person I ever meet in my life. His father and mother are living in Canada and he’s living apart from them for such a long time. Btw he and his parents is korean.

It makes me sad that he feels insecure because of his range, I think even if his voice was hard to detect, I'm sure MyDays have no problem finding it. But yeah, please do a Day6 guide, there's a concise one (but needs updating for 2021) by uaenaday11, and also the popular one from wonpilates channel. You will not regret getting into Day6! I'm sure his range is incredible! Oooo it sounded incredible on stage so I can only imagine what the live clip with all the staging stripped back would sound like! I'm sure it's still one of the best OST in the industry. I really want to get into Day6 so hopefully I can soon on my channel!
