I respect you Gogo for your vulnerability when you speak about the past year. I guess it was not an easy year for most of us. I battled suicidal thoughts a lot. And for me to learn about your work through Ntate Mashabela's podcast was blessing. Please give an example of how do say that without saying “ngiyabonga” , cause I take it you don’t want to give them an impression yokuthi sekwanele by saying ngiyabonga
