Nate was unknown to me until the moment when he tried to get L and C to say something in Hawaii. At that moment, he became one of the major players in this. All the after trial interviews he is doing is one of the best things I've ever seen. He is East Idaho News for me, and he and EIN deserve all the accolades they can be put forward for. Each of the post trial interviews has been awesome. Two of the pre trial interviews were also awesome. There are places in Idaho that I know the names of just the same as places I've known all my life in the UK. Thank you, Nate, for your dedication to Tylee, JJ, Tammy, and everyone who was touched by this.❤

No because of prejudice. Juries stay anonymous forever and cannot talk to the media. They can never discuss what happened in the jury room, even with family.

Again I do this coming in with an open mind. Right off the bat, I noticed some telling clues. She is a beautiful person. She's selfless, kind and what humanity should be about. The compassion and empathy just pours from her. If I'm an attorney I want this person on my team! She's serious, yet calm. This is an attorney that knows what she's doing. We the people of the State of Idaho are blessed to have her on our side. A true victims advocate. This is a tough woman, and such a hard worker. I can see it in her eyes. Listen to this woman. He won the cases, yet she wants to do better. Such a very critical thinker. Something that they stress highly when getting a bachelor of science degree. This is such a smart, beautiful human being. I'm so proud as in Idaho citizen, for Rachel Smith to be part of our team.

Nate... you're great at interviewing people. You really ask the great questions. I appreciate you. People are willing to talk to you because you aren't obnoxious. What Ms. Smith said about Ron and Lindsay was very nice. They, along Rocky and Ingrid were out for blood. They were going to make sure Chad got the DP. I really hope that none of the attorney's, law enforcement or any one else heavily involved in these trials, had to greatly sacrifice something. Especially involving their families.

I have so much respect for people like Ms Smith (and also you, Nate) who can deal with the most awful people and circumstances and still hang on to their own faith and decency. It’s interesting, too, to hear a prosecutor explain why Chad and Lori’s beliefs were immaterial. I hadn’t considered that, but of course she’s right. It’s how tChad and Lori used religion to exert control over people….that is what matters. In my opinion, Lori may believe a lot of Chad’s teachings. Chad, however, is nothing but a grifter, using faith as a tool.

I heard several of the jurors for Chad's case and I could not do that, but what wonderful people who took that responsibility . They have seen what we only imagine and are effected by those views. I think there are many examples of symbiotic relationships in the Daybell arena. Not witless or gullible people simply following without regard for consequences. Rather, a leader chosen to grant permission to those following, to absolve or elevate, even murder.
@lasinajensen45776 ай бұрын
My thoughts exactly on the religion piece of this case. I don’t think Chad believed a lot of what he said, and they then used the same tactics on others. Religion wasn’t the reason, they just used it for their purposes. As a member the LDS church, it was hard to hear the way they twisted and used what I love and hold sacred in my life to commit murder and other related crimes. But I was never convinced they actually believed the garbage they were expounding to each other and to others.
