Yesterday was my 22nd birthday. I arrived home from work arou d 8pm to my alcoholic dad cursing at me. He left for the bars and my mom ran after him like always. No dinner or nothin. Just screaming. I bought myself a cake and stuck mini yankee candles in it because there were no candles -_-. I just watched it burn. This music helped me feel okay though. Thankful for it.

Happy belated birthday buddy. 🎉I hate it when parents make their children’s life a misery for no good enough reason, especially when fathers take out their insecurities upon their beloved children. Man it’s freaking traumatic !😢

My mum passed away not long after I was born, I've not had the privilege of meeting her personally or to hug and love her in person, but I was sat in a field on mothers day, it was dark and there were so many stars I sat and looked up at the sky for hours with this playing in the background and I've never felt so connected to her. I appreciate channels like this more than I appreciate a lot of things in life.

Have you ever asked yourself "What is my life dream" ? I just did. It may sound pathetic to someone at some point. My life dream is - A place, the edge of a cliff , a long beautiful view with no boundaries , with her , just one small tent , far away from rough reality and wrong things that don't even matter in living a happy life. At night we could see the endless sky, a stars and a moon that make our light in the dark. And in the morning we could enjoy the rising sun as our power and a stregnth to start strong and be thankful for living the life in such a beautiful place. Also one of my most wanted "life dreams" is to enjoy the sunset with the person who loves me , because I was never loved. Enjoy the small things, be thankful for what you have, life a happy life, love people and I promise you the best life you allways dreamed of.

I've met a girl 6 months ago. Slowly but without stopping, we decided to keep a close relationship. I never met and felt as well as that. Literally she were my complete soulmate, extremely similar in everything... Weird, scary but at the same time, so comfy, so incredible, unbelievable. Before we start our relationship, we discussed many times about this, she is in erasmus, from Scotland, and I am here, from spain. This relationship could not be forever, at least until she finishes the degree (one more year) and I am also working after finishing my degree two years ago. This wednesday (two days ago) she decided to break everything we have, we cannot stay together because in a few months she will leave the city, the country. I am not the same, literally our feelings were the same, everytime thinking about us, about how much we miss to each other, and now? this feels like the other corner, the opposite. Does she did the right way? I mean, more time we have, more painful it would be... I know this relationship could not be forever, my last words literally were "we can be friends, this does not means we need to stop talking" and "do not let your fears decide your fate", and that has been the most painful "has read your message" I ever had. Anyways this music helped me to keep my mind away, it does not matter where, my office, the street, my house. The only thing I need actually it is calm, and I have it with this. ~~Thanks a lot~~

I'm sorry but this is mumbo jumbo... Humanity advances each year and we will continue to thrive and discover new things. I suggest you rather think about that than some unknown of which you just accept know nothing about and that's it. That is what religion is for, closing the blinds and not seeing over your own backyard.
@zimajler7 жыл бұрын
Nick Joseph I'm sorry if you find what I said childish it wasn't meant that way. Science is not quite the same because things presented as facts go through rigorous testing many many times until proven and accepted. it also uses millions of books instead of one or two like religion does. Also in religion most just blindly accept what is written, but it's just too narrow a view to help us really understand ourselves, and our surroundings. Big bang theory is just that, a theory and I don't know anyone who just blindly accepts it. There will have to be a lot more advancement if ever before we can understand the event that started it all. I have nothing against religion in it's basis, until it stops human advancement like it did in history or you use it to hurt others. Like sharia law as it brings nothing good to the table. Besides I guess you also don't like using your computer since it was brought on by science? or saving lives with heart transplants? Maybe making lives easier with bionic limbs? Drugs? Vaccines? Fact is most of the world lives better and longer than we ever did and that was brought on by science, desire to help, and a desire to know things. Which if we go by religion was how we were made by God and is the right thing to do. Again don't take my post as an insult and sorry for the wall of text. Have a nice day.

zimajler I admire your ability to remain calm and respectful. However, I just wanted to make a small point. Religion isn't always being blindly accepted. I mean, it does happen, like in cults and such, but as a Christian, I believe when we are introduced an idea, like in the Bible, for instance, we do question it sometimes. But those ideas aren't always proven to us logically or scientifically, specifically, but something much deeper than that. God reveals his existence and the ideals expressed in the Bible all the time. It may be hard to see or understand, but these revelations exist. Also, I agree that people have used religion to hurt others in history, however, those people are falsely using religion as justification for their sick and immoral actions. Like ISIS, for example. Thank you for respecting those who are religious in your comment, while also expressing your opinions and ideas. This is how debates should go. Thank you truly. I wish you all the best.

Everyday I remember just how thankful i really am for the people I'm around. I start high school really soon and I am terrified. I dont want to grow up, or grow old, but I dont want to stay young forever either. But sometimes its nights like tonight where instead of wondering what could have been, I remember what is. As in just 5 weeks I get to visit one of my best friends for the first time. I'm closing a chapter in my life and starting a new one. For the first time in years I have a group of real, actual friends. And for the first time in the past two years I have hope. I have joy. I have love. And that's all that matters.

Addictions are terrible situations to be stuck in either yourself or a loved one. When you have a bad addiction you are definitely not yourself, there are physical changes to the brain enslaving you. MY heart goes out to you and your family. One day this all will come to pass and you will be able to chalk it up to a bad point in time which makes you stronger and the adult that you are! Happy birthday to you, stay strong!!

As a child I used to pray for the things I have now, I didn’t care what anyone thought and I was in a whole reality of my own. I saw the magic in everything, was curious of everything, and had a heart of gold. All I wanted was for people to be happy and see the world that I saw. God I wish I could go back sometimes- Growing up just doesn’t seem like something I want to be a part of. I just don’t want to lose myself to the world, lose the magic, the fun. Just doesn’t seem like the ending I want to have.

I've only been listening to Ambient since 2017 but I used it while studying and you know most of the time it was around 12 o'clock and everyone was in bed except for me at my desk in the garage. Tiles were always cold so I'd wrap a blanket around me while I studied. I always had a cup of coffee while i worked with the music, they went hand in hand. But it would get to a point in the night that I would reach for my cup, have a sip and just stop working and just blank out and think of everything. Not in a stressed anxious way or a fulfilled way, just conscious of existence, in a state of being. Acknowledging my place in the world, significant or not. and that happened waay to much, i never new if id pick up my mug, have a sip and get back to work or just stop. Ambient has provided a way to literally just stop, not on my phone, not working or doing anything but just take a breath and... stop

For the years of being on this earth, I wanted to feel like I can fit in, as if I needed a group or a click to fit into society. As if I’m not abnormal, plain, simple and blank. As if my whole life story can be fit into one sentence. As if I should stay planted and regarded on my knees to take the words of people from what we call normal. As if they had the audacity to write my life into what I’ve known for years. “Never trust someone who lies to you, never lie to someone you trust.” Instead, I became, truth, trust, and love. So as if, I’d take it. Stand by. Act like what we call “normal.” So I got back up, learn to love me before loving anyone else, telling myself “you are not normal. You are a abnormally beautiful tree, sprouting from each branch to branch, growing. Loving.” So I rewrote the story I was told to live, breaking the cycle, I chose the path of society what we call “we made it.” As all the degrading memories of those who only hurt me...their words only wallowed into dust, and became nothing more.

I'm 18 and today's date is 1/1/2020. This playlist is making me think of what this decade will bring for me, and I can't wait for it.

This is so beautiful, and I love the background. Makes me feel like I am one with the stars. Just makes me calm down and soften my feelings, after all the hard things I go through and finish. Great job on it!
