@@Gargleslapnut I’m not Camooh but I hope I can be of some help ;; personally I’m at that point all the time and I hate my current art style- whenever I draw, I unconsciously draw my characters (or whatever I’m drawing) in different styles. Sometimes you just kinda have to suffer through it and go through the motions of change before you find a solid style you enjoy animating with,,, and animation takes time, it’s hard going from being used to finishing a drawing in a few hours to creating a fully detailed animation that takes a solid 1-6 months to make. Drawing and animation go hand in hand, they’re both similar and so different at the same time- some people can make great animations in the amount of time it takes you to finish a fully detailed drawing, but it depends on the animator too- experience plays a big part, along with practice. Speaking from experience, practice makes a HUGE difference- even little animated gifs that are 3 frames long. Practice makes perfect, people say it because it’s true😁 I really hope I helped you though, it’s not fun being in that position art-wise.

I've been watching this every day since I've found it on KZbin and I just want to say your art, choice of colors, narrative design, animation, characters, and the telling of a story between these characters through fragments of their adventure is so awe-inspiring. There's a lot of mystery about your characters I'm digging here and even after reading the ToyHouse profiles and watching your past videos I'm still trying to dissect and digest the greater enigma of this video and the story of these characters. Like why does Kyle have neon rainbow creation powers (I assume it allows him to create things? Like the serpent he's riding and maybe even the sentient hat?) and are they meant to protect him (i.e when he's accidentally flung down and his powers seem to absorb the shock of the fall) or are they a part of something more body horror in nature (as that epic, epic, EPIC ending implies and some of the art implies the powers are sentient and eldritch-ish?)? I also love how there's a loose story here of two individuals with two keys (or one?) traveling to reach an uncertain (but also known, in a way?) destination and im a sucker for every scene with those neon rainbow powers and the two ending scenes with both characters which are just MMM SO EPIC
