Thank you for your video. I live in Australia and have a day lilie that after it finished flowering has formed a small plant on the old flower spike. Is this another plant that l can cut off and plant separately??

Hello from SW Iowa, thanks for the tips. We have some tiger lilies who have been struggling. I kinda figured it was too much sun but we tried to transfer them over to a better spot and now they're not budding at all. Is the plant laying dormant?
