I have to have been listening to this country music. What? It's doing what I call. It's a Colorado I get a Colorado. But I listen to Country music. I get the fact I can't fail unlocked. I'm breathing and call Chris mountain. Or I'm in the Rocky mountains. I am up under a waterfall.I am not beautiful half naked.Women everywhere, that's a good Colorado. It's a good fate on country music.Find your own colorado

My mom had a lot of severe emotional issues. But my dad stood by her for years until she passed. It wasn’t easy but he was there. I admire him so much for that even though he is gone now. My wife and I have been married for 50 years now. This song really touched me.

It's ok I know completely how you feel Angela, I think you need to rename your channel "DayOne Honestly Reacts".😉 Sometimes the Humanity in us all or what I know to be our True Selves our Soul steps forth and overcomes the many ways we try to cover with our physical body with fake smiles, many false words or what I like to call our false bravado. I love your honesty and emotions in your reactions. Many reactors channels just seem to be playing a part, saying they think people want to hear you know just winging it but you can tell and they are not in it for the True Community and appreciation for one of the Greatest Gifts God gave us Music. I think it's wonderful how your soul is moved many times and you always have such a good grasp on the music. Thanks again for another great reaction and time spent with me and all your listeners I know we all appreciate you.🤠 Your Texas Fan, God Bless.

You learn to live with losing a parent, but you don't ever 'get over it', especially when the relationship was a good one. Songs are definitely one of the big sources of things that can stir up emotions, but that's a good thing. I lost both of my parents years ago and not a day goes by that I don't think of them in some way. So, the good news is that you never really lose them completely. They are always with you.

Still the king of country. George isn't flashy, neither are his songs but they are just so good and meaningful. Sounds like you had and have the best parents anyone could ask for. Sorry you've lost your father, it's never easy. But cherish your time with your mother. You'll find your soul mate. Good guys, solid men do still exist. Don't settle, you deserve the best!

I was married to the most wonderful lady for 32 yrs. She passed in April. I took care of her for the last ten years. We had the kind of relationship described in the song - unconditional. I said that to say this: Angela, you will find "that" man. With the tender heart I see in you, you deserve the best. Don't settle for anything less. "Best" doesn't mean "perfect"...(hair, clothes, cars, houses, money)... it means the one that you connect with, where there is mutual trust and unconditional love. My lady & I met, connected, and three months later were married. She wasn't the perfect package on the surface, and had baggage (2 kids and an "ex", some physical issues, and she wasn't rich), but that didn't matter. What DID matter is that she loved God, and that was all I needed.. I didn't find her until I gave in and stopped looking for what I thought I wanted. So you hang in there young lady.. You're young, beautiful, smart, and, I think, have a pure heart. You need to make sure you know yourself, and can function as a complete person on your own, and you will have SO much to give. You are the answer to some GOOD MAN'S dreams. Ok. I'm done now. 🙂

My first two favorite songs from memory, from when I was about 4 years old in the mid 1990's, was Alan Jackson "Chattahoochee" and George Strait "Carrying Your Love With Me". At that age, I had to spend all day in an empty car-shop with my dad, bored out of my mind. Those two songs coming onto the shop radio were the only highlight of my days.

George has 60 #1 hits. He is called 'King George' by the country community. This was when he was a baby. Check out 'Troubadour' for a mature version of this amazing talent. Traditional country, through & through. He can make you laugh or make you cry... make you fall in love or face a broken heart. 'You look so good in love' is another pretty one. clips are from a movie he did called 'Pure Country'.

No shame. This is what a true reaction is. Lost my Dad in 1990 to alzheimers. My Mom cared for him as long as she could. Alzheimers is an incideous disease. It takes the person but not the shell. Mom made chocolate chip cookies daily and carried them to him in the nursing home. He could not remember her but he remembered those wonderful cookies. The nurses never complained, they cleaned him up after every visit, he had chocolate all over him. Like a small child. We lost her in 1995.

Great memory with my parents.. It's hard for me to think of them, because there were a lot of bad memories. I guess one memory I have as a kid is how they used to kiss when we'd drop dad or mom off at work. They did this goofy kiss that was like a bunch of quick repetitive pecks on the lips. It made me cringe, and I hated seeing it. Lol Unfortunately, they ended up separating when I was 19. Dad pulled me into the middle of it without my knowledge. It was ugly, and shocking to me, after all of the tribulations we went through as a family my whole life. Sometimes I think back to those corny kisses, and wish they kept that affection for each other, despite me not liking seeing it as a kid. Like you, I think a true relationship goes through it's ups and downs. It'll have tribulations and growing pains. I firmly believe you have to stick through those growing pains and work things out. That's true love.. Too many people, especially our generation and younger, believe that warm fuzzy feeling is an indication of love, and when that feeling falters (and I believe it occasionally will, especially in tribulations) they think they're "not in love" anymore and they quickly throw the relationship away to find someone new that they can have those warm and fuzzy feelings with. Thus the cycle tends to repeat itself, given that feelings constantly change like the current. Feelings are a poor indication tool for love. Seeing someone's principles and actions are the better indicator. Love is selflessness, and love endures. Even through those tribulations.. I'm 31, and still hoping for a day that I find that other half that I can have the pleasure of enduring life with. I tend to ramble too long in my writings, so I think I'll end this comment here. Lol
