Days Gone 2™: The Broken Road

Days Gone 2 from Bend Studio could've gotten released in April 2023 according to the Game Director who now regrets the decision that Sony has taken to completely abandon one of the highly anticipated titles and also successful title which got playstation a lot of sales but due to some of the fake reviews, Days Gone was butchered and now Bend Studio remain on a tough spot of loosing their vision to be shown out to us gamers with Days Gone 2. We've just received a brand new update from Jeff Ross who was the game director of Days Gone 2 and 1 and he says that the game was already planned and ready and could've been released in the month of April this year. So if you ever wondering when days gone 2 release date could happen? well the answer is probably not until us gamers voice our opinions with videos and plenty of other platforms to let sony know that we want the sequel to make a come back on the PS5.

Nah doesn't need to be bigger I'm playing in survival mode holly crap not having fast travel is a pain having a huge open-world game tends to get boring after a few weeks bc devs start putting dum quests. I would keep it the same but, definitely add more weapons and, more types of freakers maybe add creepy sewer system train stations, and airports. More missions where you're inside buildings more bike battles where you can craft weapons onto the bike etc.

Bought this game when it came out, absolutely loved the whole dynamic, feel and story of it. One of those games I keep in my library because I think it's that good, so good I gave it another play through and man just made me like it that much more the second time around. I think I’ve played this through at least 6 times on PS4. I might have skipped the easiest difficulty, but worked through the other levels up to survival II, with a “new game +” somewhere in there. Started on PC a few weeks ago.

Do you ever find anything rare from looting vehicles or can I just ignore them because it takes too long and it's very annoying?? I usually only loot police cars now if I need ammo... Also after you close the game and play the next day, does all the loot respawn in the place it was when you found it? Or once you loot something it never respawns?? It's worth your time. Good pickup. It's a longer game than you think, I would recommend doing the side content if that's your thing. It not only helps you with exp, money etc(I won't spoil anything), but the side content can be pretty fun and interesting. It isn't just fetch quests.

Absolutely need a DG2! I've played it 4x, and still love every minute of it. I loved the story, the hordes are fun, I love Deacon, and of course - motorcycle! Days Gone 2( 2 player co-op story) Nero had enlisted the help of Deacon to take down the Hordes in NYC. Preparing to take down the massive horde that resides in Central Park. Hes starts to unload his 100 clip from the mg55 before realizing this horde is bigger than usual. He starts to retreat and his stamina is quickly depleting. The sound of a motorcycle is approaching Deacon. Its Boozer (2 player Co-op) with his (Winter Soldier esq) augmented arm. Deacon jumps on the back of the bike and starts blasting away at the hordes as Boozer serves around the freakers.

I didn't like Deacon when I started playing, his character growth is one of things I LOVED about this game. It feels like the naysayers played 20 minutes of it and decided they knew enough to critique the game. I love that you could go back and forth from just grinding for gear , xp etc to playing the main story. The open world is fun to explore and is gorgeous.

I haven’t stopped playing this game since it came out. I’ve beaten the game on 100% at least 12 times tried all the difficulties. I love the new game plus feature. The game is so addictive to play. It is my favorite game of all time. Would love to see a sequel or a live action movie or a series. Somebody needs to make this happen. If there is anybody that has not played this game yet you will enjoy it immensely. Once you start to upgrade your weapons, the game gets really good.

Days Gone has a very special place in my heart for two reasons. 1) It was the first zombie game I ever played and got hooked immediately while also being kinda terrified all the time 😂, 2) it was the first game I ever recorded and posted a playthrough about. (To experiment if I'd like to regularly post playthroughs and also to actually talk in English since that's not my 1st language.) I love this game with my whole heart and always will! (And my good friend could finally afford to play it for the first time on her PC and loves it too! I loved this game. The combat was cool, the open world looked gorgeous and was fun to traverse, and the enemy varieties were top notch. I loved the way the world felt dangerous at all times. The story wasn't the strong point of the game but honestly I felt it was underrated. And let's not forget about how awesome it was to clear out the hordes. I just finished the game today for the first time, the first 10 hours I wasn’t that into it but wanted to get to the hordes, once I got to Iron Mikes I was completely hooked, it’s a slow burner but once it has you it has you until the end, I’d give it an 8/10 I loved Deacon and Boozer, Sam Witwer as an actor is always amazing and he was awesome in this with his character growth, the ending with O’Brien as well teasing what’s coming, it’s gotta happen if 100% buy it day one

Honestly speaking as somebody who mastered this game 4 times I can say the story writing team needs a little bit of work. There were things in the story that seemed quirky like Deacon and Sarah’s interactions even though they were a couple already. Pretending to kill off Boozer seemed pretty corny especially the way he just popped up in the end like hey guess what I’m not dead. Iron Mike was a bxtch ass character I think he deserved to die. I actually liked the way they developed skizzos character, he starts off as a dick, but you agree with him on several similar ideas like killing the rippers and protecting the camp, and you start trusting him and then he betrays you, and then you kill him in the end. I wish you would have fed him to the freaks, but overall still good character development. Things they could also improve in part 2 is dialogue and camp building. Let’s say you send survivors to one camp and get them food, and do missions for them I would like to see that camp change over time that would be pretty cool. As for dialogue they should take notes from Detroit become human at least from the parts of the game where there are crowds of people. Because in days gone it’s corny asf. I remember laughing hearing it the npc’s during cutscenes where let’s say there’s a group of npc’s they say random ass things even when the main character are talking 😂. I think one time after iron Mike died and Deacon was going to give a speech one of the npc’s said “who’s Deacon?” Had me rolling 😂💀. Also they can add more bike customizations, and the base of the bike to give you different type of bike looks. Adding customization for Deacon too would be pretty cool of course he can keep his cut. Gun customizations would be pretty cool too. And add more ammo you can carry for shotguns it’s all bxtch you can only carry max of 30 rounds I feel like 100 is fair. Another great thing they can add to the game for post game are hordes. It would be so cool if random hordes just would start happening like random freakers start collecting and create a horde and you just so happen to come across it. Well anyways after all those critiques I still love this game I love riding the motorcycle and even the customizations they do have are badass like the death stranding BB gas tank 🤌. I hope they make a part 2 😢

bro, seriously this is one of a few game im so immersed to. the story development is addictive. even there is a lack in something like no swimming, and less water interaction, this game is still fire. as someone who love adventure game, days gone is a solid 8 or 8.5. need sequal, “Years Gone”

1 of my favorite games to date ! I've actually started playing this game AGAIN for the what? 4th or 5th time ! The story was good Shooting mechanics is good ! It's just an all-around fantastic game. My son has played it multiple times. I've purchased about 200 games on Playstation, and this 1 ranks top 5 . The sequel would be AWESOME

If they do create a part 2 I hope at least for post game they create a mechanic that allows for randoms hordes to be created. Random freakers in the world would eventually group up and create a horde that would be so cool, and make post game that more entertaining once your done doing everything.

Days end was one of the best games iv ever played and was soo under rated who ever hasn’t played the first one I’m jealous, because you get to play such an amazing game, please make a sequel I’ll preorder it right now.
