I think travelling by yourself (when married) is less about the relationship and more about self discovery. From what you have shared, you had a very traumatic experience. You are now settled, content with your life, but maybe you are ready to grow a little bit and challenge yourself? On the subject on solo traveling when you are married is a grey area. It all depends what the motives are and if the other partner is ok with it. I’ve traveled solo (not married) and with my partner when we were married which is totally different when you’re traveling with a friend. My order of preference is traveling with my partner, solo then with a friend. I hope your friend, who is newly out of a 13 yr relationship/ 10 yr marriage, is doing ok? I think the jewelry you got works well because of your slight build. You made the right decision when you and Max married (developed frontal lobe or not). You guys are so good as a couple. I am really not interested in seeing them naked. I just wanted to follow along with their lives as they went places, ate at fine restaurants, and traveled.
