At first it seems really hard and it seems like everyone else is making tons of friends, but everybody is in the exact same boat! What I would tell you is to get involved, and that way you will sort of be forced to make friends haha. And also when you meet people, make sure to say hey to them if you see them around campus! Because also, even with people you don't click with super well, odds are, you will eventually get introduced to other friends through them! So yeah, get involved and be a friendly face! First year you will meet a lot of people, but I'd say you figure out and find your good friends second semester rather than first.
