not trying to overstep my boundaries here but I just wanted to say please look after your health Krystal and eat some more balanced meals with lots of veggies and protein!! Try to always take the time out even on super busy days to eat a proper lunch. I know it's hard to cook properly for yourself sometimes since you're so busy with work and girlbossing, but healthy eating is so important for preventing diseases in the long run. My dad got sick recently after a long period of skipping lunch and not eating proper healthy meals so I tend to notice these things a bit more! Your videos are always so cute and fun to watch, sending lots of love 💖
