If u fry, the French Toast Slices 1 at a time, there will be no sogginess. Frying 3 or more at a time, does not, let the heat penetrate to the middle Slices ,without burning the outside. Cook separately, then stack as high as u like 😉

Try adding cinnamon powder to your egg and milk mixture to dip the bread, this gives it great flavour. You can also add it toyour pancakes.
