Next time, cook the eggplant first. Just add some oil to a pan and get it a bit. It will cook the eggplant and reduce the water in it. That works best for any vegetables with high water content, like onions and mushrooms too.

언니!! 거실에 새 수납장 색 이쁜데 ㅠㅠㅠ뭔가 엔틱하고,,, 오히려 흰색은 너무 차가운 느낌이었을 것 같아요,,, !!예전에 언니 초창기때 원룸에서 쓰셨던 회색 수납장도 정말 예쁘다고 생각했는데 ,,전 저 색상도 독특하고 언니만의 색이 나서 예쁜 것 같다고 느꼈습니다아,,,, 눈이 편안한 색상!

I make lasagna with eggplants all the time, but i cook the eggplants on the oven first just for a few minutes with oil, salt and any spices i like and they turn out so good 🖤
