The abs that you have right now, even after having a baby, is something some women can’t achieve even before having a baby. So it’s okay Michelle❤️ Whatever stage you are at now physically, you are wonderful!!!!! And you might be somebody else’s goal too. Much love from India🫶🏼

I remember trying too hard during my baby’s first year to get back in my pre pregnancy clothes. Even though I lost all of the weight, some pants never fit again. Truth is, we created a baby and my body did wonderful things. It’s okay that things have shifted. Also, I sure deserved to buy some new things in the postpartum stage. You look great, btw! I don’t even notice a difference from prior to your pregnancy. Thanks for all the peaceful videos. My adult daughter made a cross stitch for my husband and I. I will always treasure that.

I gained so much weight with my pregnancies but remember how much the phrase, "it takes 9 months to put the weight on so allow yourself at least that long to take it off" helped me. Truly, my body was never the same and I do still have stretch marks, but did eventually lost all the weight and become much stronger after babies. You look awesome. Be kind to yourself.

One of the things I learned as I was a mom for a longer and longer time period, was that although I am responsible for the safety of my kids, God is really the one protecting them. That shifted my prayers so I didn’t forget to pray that God would guard them when I couldn’t. So many times God sent other people who saw my kids doing things and kept them out of trouble when I otherwise would have had no idea. You’re going to have those instinctual feelings as a Mom, but it gives us peace to know we aren’t in it alone. ❤

Also, I loved the part where you gave your baby a bottle. My youngest wouldn’t nurse and only wanted a bottle, we still had such a wonderful bond during feeds. Even when he started daycare he wouldn’t take a bottle from the teacher, they always commented that he must be breastfed. Nope, bottle fed, just only likes to eat snuggled with Mom and Dad ❤

I’ll share my go-to meal: -Baked Ziti (in two foil pans, instead of one large 13X9, so that one can be frozen, if they choose). Add meat, spinach, veggies…depending on the recipient. -Loaf of bread, store bought or homemade -Bagged Caesar salad (easy to prepare for the busy/tired) -Some sort of dessert, like pound cake or ice cream sandwiches -Muffins & fruit for the morning (or middle of the night)

Postpartum bodies are something else, speaking as someone who now has an apron belly, and going through PP hair loss. 🥲 Also I think flies along with other insects and/or birds consume dead organic matter, which helps decomposition in the environment. 🤓

I got a bird feeder too but the birds don’t rlly use it. I found that some birds like to eat on a flat platform, or even the ground. I do like to use the bird feeder to attract birds, I’ve only seen one type of bird go on my feeder. But making your feeder more visible to the birds may help or look up online to see what type of birds are near you to help attract them! 🫶🏻 Also some birds like different types of feeders. But do more research online!🤍
