I’m happy you said something about taxes. It’s the part of the industry that people don’t hear enough about. I work in finance and I’m wondering if you have a tax planner you work with regularly who can do estimates and project the amount you should pay quarterly and update if taxes changes happen??

For taxes, I always set aside 30% of each check in a savings account and use that to pay taxes with. You also get some interest off of it while you let it sit there.
