I love seeing how happy you are in PEDS! I knew you would love it. I personally love it as well, I work in a level 1 trauma PEDs hospital in the ED and when I tell you every attending and providers (PAs and NPs) are so nice and approachable, I just keep telling myself I can't wait to graduate nursing school so I can work there bc seeing what we have which is specialities, trauma surgeons, fellows, and residents 24/7 and compared to clincal sites that don't have all these resources I'm like how to nurses survive without providers during the night and speciality consults readily available for pts.
