Can you do a story time of how you decided to live in a van with your toddler ?? If that’s okay with you . …. You came across my feed in KZbin . And I’m like wow 😯 like in a good way . Makes me want to do the same thing with my toddler like . Just you and him and go anywhere you want . ♥️🤩

@lakeshataylor1885 I understand what you mean, but you can still have them interact with other kids by going to the local parks, libraries, going to see family from time to time. Many kids are bad influences, so interacting with them all isn't a good thing either.
@breed1537 Жыл бұрын
@@lakeshataylor1885 I strongly believe that she is doing the best that she can do. You never know her reasons for wanting or having to live in a van until she tells her story. What you may think may not be what is best for her life. With the way inflation, rental increases, and job lay offs this may be her best to keep her from living in worse situations or shelters. Yes her child can still interact with other child once they get out of the van in various ways. Don't be so fast to judge because it could be you, your kids or family one day. I salute the vlogger for doing what is best for her. That baby biy appears to be happy, loved, clean and well kept and that what matters the Most.

I think it’s awesome you have your little man with you, you’re parenting right and spending quality time with him letting him experience different people and different amazing places! I’m getting a van soon to hit the road with my puppy so he can experience different people and places and visit family and friends. Where were you at, the area looks great, is that just day parking or can you overnight there? Also, stay safe and protect that little man, when he gets older he will be your protector! Bless you 2!

Your boy is well behaved very lucky. I wish I could've thought of this when my boy was a toddler but at the time van life wasn't as popular as it is today it would've came in handy since we we're homless at the time but that was the past and we got through it and came out of it stronger and now my son is 16 years old. Enjoy every second of it they sure grow so fast. Good luck

My only concern is their safety, the van breaking down, and being followed by stalkers. But it is best for the child to be with mom, rather than a daycare without mom most of its life because mom has to work a job to pay the bills. I've seen van life with both parent's involved, but who knows, maybe the father in this situation didn't want to be around or wasn't going to be a good influence on the child. Who knows? But you can't judge. But so far it seems like this mama is doing her best, and these beautiful places are great for her mental health, who knows what her life was like at home to make her choose van life for them. Could have been a toxic environment? She is a good mom, she loves her child, shes trying her best. I pray 🙏 they stay safe. Maybe get a couple of dogs to protect them.

When we were travelling in a van, my son was all over the place. He was running not looking around. It was hard, I was picking places with no crowd, no streets around. Also season in my country lasts for 5 months only, so I was planning on going abroad South, but.. got scared of being on my own with energetic toddler. I went to physiotherapist as he was clumsy and found out he has autism spectrum. It was devastating, to put away my plan on travelling around Europe and raising my child freely and independently. He needed routine, therapy. Now I'm thinking again about travel during holidays, maybe by train, with a tent. He's almost 7 so much more independent and doing great. It was the best time in my life, living in a van (although I have an apartment that I rented for the time being away, which is very convenient)

This child is getting to experience and see the country like most other children will not. She may want to upgrade to a larger bus or RV as the child gets older . I applaud her bold approach to life . Its not always one size fits all. Like I said, search bus life on YTAnd you will see how many people ate comfortably doing this. Times have changed. The rent is too darn high especially in California. You will be surprised to see how many people are doing this with multiple children and pets. Come back and let me know how you feel about it after you watch the videos of other people living this lifestyle.
