how do you get to the section where you can see the cosmetics? i'm having a hard time finding it, thank you

if your talking about in game you will find them at the event guide but the cosmetics are not untill higher in the tree so you need to spend candles to reach them about 15 candles you will reach the hairpin and the rest are higher

@angelchauhan9952 to see the tree I'm sure you have to interact with the event guide you will get a cutscrene kinda thing and once it finishes you shoud be able to interact with the event guide again and you will get the tree

Yes spells last around 5 - 180 minutes depending on the spell but the spells I used for the cosmetics in the video last around 30 minutes

sad i got all the 15 tickets a while ago but i joined a few days ago and i started farming for the cape but it is 50 tickets and i won't have enough for when it ends and the spirit isn't where ur at so i can't get all the 4 blue wax:/

Ah sorry the spirit should be at the old candle shop location passed the fountain, and on the left and as well if you won't get the amount of tickets you need there's 2 tables next to the spirit the left one you are able to get spells and spend 6 normal candles for one ticket or 2 ascended candles for a ticket. Where do we use the tickets?

You can use the tickets at the event guide which only has one item that cost tickets the Marching band cape that costs 50 tickets

Like in the video you can get 4 a day one from the instrument one from recording your self at the event recorder and 2 from 2 light clouds at the event area speak to the event guide to be warped there and 15 that you can only get once the locations are in the video

May I ask where to exchange the tickets?

You can exchange them at the event guide they should be standing just passed the fountain on the left in the aviary village though you will have to spend at least 20 candles in the tree to reach the cape that cost tickets. Hope this helps 😁
