I needed to give up feeding due to bleeding nipples. The pain was so intense it made my toes curl when I latched baby on. It inhibited my milk flow. If you can find anything that works I hope it’s sooner rather than later. Good luck you are a fantastic mum

Hang in there Amy ❤, I’m a mom of twins they are now 19! I used to be so put together and organized but then they became ❤ my everything- I did it without their father. But just do it all one thing at a time. Hold your babies close. It’s so fast.

Y'all are adorable, I never had twins but I was a mom at 19..it gets easier they will soon sleep through the night and then they will be into everything lol. My son was harder than my daughter but now I wish I could go back to those sleepless nights cause it went by so much faster this second time around 😢. Y'all are doing good! Love your content!

Try St Tropez purity face mist for a gentle glow. Once it’s dried it doesn’t transfer on to clothes and probably not babies (haven’t tried it so can’t be 100% sure) doesn’t transfer on to my cats when I kiss and snuggle them though xx

Are you swaddling them when they sleep as this will help to comfort them arms and legs all tucked in, or a zip up sleep suit were there arms and legs are all enclosed as this reminds them of when they were in the womb snuggled up x

I think there’s a chance you might need to change the position that your breastfeeding cracked nipples and pain are the first signs something isn’t working right see if you can consult your midwife or lactation specialist also if babies are sucking too hard its definitely because they need better positioning and make sure there face tummy are facing in the same direction when feeding if they are trying to feed with their heads and neck turned just correct the positioning because sore nipples and pain isn’t normal and most mums don’t realise until it’s too late and then their supply dries up or there breast are in so much pain the breastfeeding journey has to come to an end I hope you this has been helpful hun good luck ❤

Awwww what gorgeous babbies 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Can I just say though I think you’re just not use to not having fake tan on. Your make up looked stunning and you have a lovely natural olive skin tone anyway. Your beautiful eyes also showed more somehow. Have confidence in yourself lovely. Maybe when you’re not wearing makeup but a CC cream and concealer on just to make you feel better perhaps 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰

I've breastfed both my girls. My first was for almost 2 years and my second is still going at 15 months so very familiar with nipple pain. Silver cups are meant to be brilliant to stop your bra rubbing against your nipples. I would say make sure you have the right flange on your breast pump and always use nipple cream before using it (I like the Weleda one and they can feel when it's still on your nipples so you don't have to worry about that). Cracked bleeding nipples isn't supposed to happen so maybe get a feeding specialist to check their latch and for tongue or lip ties (midwives are not actually trained to do this so getting someone who specialises in infant feeding will be your best bet). Hope your pain gets better soon! It is the most special feeling feeding your babies so don't let pain that can be resolved be the end of it. Keep going Mama, you're doing incredibly! 💙💙
