You were only 30-mins by train from where I live, but I’ve never been on that mountain. It may be a small world, but this is evidence that it’s a big one as well - where the traveler from afar treads in beautiful places that the local has missed altogether. (note to self, remember that:) Your text insert about you getting lost for 2 hours along your planned route is very meaningful, and I wrote it in my notepad for future reference: “Sometimes, losing your way is a way to find a better path.” 🌟 What a truth-bomb that is! I am sure since I'm not from there. But for sure there is a korean song called 'Lost' by BTS where they talked about getting lost like an ant and said 'lost my way to find my way' (I hope I translated correctly) A very meaningful song.
