I think the texture problem can be fixed by going to rend.dxg file and I watched a video from Ben Crazy that gives you the steps to get the textures fixed. Sometimes if the game is redoing the graphic configuration it resets the textures from certain files. I watched Ben crazy that solved the issue. I believe u set the anisotropic level to 0 and texture set size to -1 Also I enjoyed the video. Keep it up man 👍
