these beginner classes are awesome, even advanced traders should keep revisiting these! like Dan Kennedy (famous marketer) once said when he was asked what he was doing at the beginners marketing event, he said: "if I am going to make mistakes, I don't want it to be the most basic obvious ones", meaning understanding and remembering the most basic things is the most important thing, you never want to get taken out in life by ignoring and forgeting about the basics!

Vince Lombardi, after a Packers loss would take his Pro team and go all the way back down to the fundamentals. "Men, this is a football." From there he would cover the basics of blocking and tackling. Keeping a strong foundation in the basics is the way to accurately and consistently apply advanced tactics. It's like dancing with a woman when you have your feet under you vs on top of hers.

The thing I like about your videos Ross is that you repeat a lot of the same information. Studies have shown that studying in different settings and repeating the information helps it to stick in your brain better, watching your different videos with some of the same information really drives home the names, patterns, and entry and exit strageys. I just try to get the news early as possible and immediately get in before the volume so I don't have to look for a position I just worry about the exit. Obviously it doesn't work all the time. If I see something over 20% with at least that in volume I won't trade it. You are a smart trader. Great video!

Wow I'm so old school and always way taught to work as a first generation Italian. Was always slow in learning English and schooling until I started to get into high school. Now I'm in my 50S I wish I could of been knowing knowledge on trading its not that hard to understand candlestick trading. Hi there. Just discovered your channel yesterday and really appreciate what you are doing. In this video, however, I'm a little confused. At 5:52, you indicate you are showing a bullish candle, although you didn't color the whole thing green. What confuses me is that you have the close at the bottom and the open at the top. Shouldn't that be the other way around for a bullish candle? Please help me understand this. Thanks.

Excellent video on the explanation of things. I just basically recognized the pattern after six months, a basically, knowing when to get out before it dropped just by looking at the pattern. But I’ve asked for certain things, but I didn’t quite understand with all the names. I did notice a sideway direction, and then the up-and-down, and as I stated when to basically to get out and went to buy. Especially because I don’t own the Stock it’s on paper basically but trying to recognize everything. I basically got in by pure accident, not knowing what I was doing. I decided I needed to know more knowledge than what I had, and what. I was saying, and stumbled across your video looking for something else. I can’t explain. I can see the patterns and I can see what’s going on, but not knowing totally how I was understanding it. It’s just my visual that I was doing it by before and not knowing all the technical names and terminologies. But your video. really put everything in perspective;,all my questions you’ve answered so far. Just by explaining an open and close candle and by colors. Thank you and I am recommending it to others, giving them a better understanding and where I was lost at. Before thank you so much for this video. I’m going to tell more people about your video clip because I know they’re lost like I am and this gives a much better explanation than I have had so far thank you.
