one or two solid trades a day keeps the blue collar job away is what I always say!. i feel like after I make those disciplined trades too I'm way more calm and I'm able to sit there and just ride the high and low channel the rest of the day and allow those spots that fake a reversal to play out a lil bit more then I would if I had a bad day and take a lil extra profit since I made what I needed to for the day.
