dayz is the worst of it honestly. corrupt admins team up with the cheater clans because they purchase priority que. i got permabanned from 28Dayz for "render glitching." because i like long range sniping. despite having proof that i didn't. the admins " don't care about your proof." couldn't pay me enough to play dayz again

To make it easyer for you: there are two types of dayz players - the ones to play the game to have fun and play it for what it is, and those who suck dick in CallOfDuty or Battlefield so they switch to other games who got nothing to do with that particular gamestyle and try to play it like its cod. Thats why stupid servers like rearmed, sunnyvale and so on got created. For idiots who suck at dayz for what it is and suck at CoD for what it is. And back to the Main topic, when a CoD wannabe guy meets a dayz guy, the game break, because you cant have both playstyles on the same place. PvP in dayz its one thing, PvP in CoD is another thing. Those who cant PvP in both scenarios go to dayz and play on CoD servers. It got nothing to do with your "if some is better", its a fact that any OG dayz player know and agree on.

Funny thing is, when Anarchy mentioned like "this guy sucks, must be why he's cheating" my thought was I suck and that's why I wouldn't want to cheat, cause then I'd never get better. Well and the obvious getting banned part of it, but I play DayZ to get better at the game, not to let my skills stagnate while I let ESP do all the work for me lol

They think "OMG that guy must be really pissed" and "Guys did you see me kill that player, I must've ruined his day". I played with a suspected cheater. Never confirmed, but this guy would make magical shots and find all these hidden buried crates. They happened just far enough away that I couldn't see. But once I made the effort to keep up with him, I knew there was no way he was seeing and single tapping from afar, all 3 players while running thru a thick forest. Never talked or played with him again.

Watching this makes me want to be a DayZ admin again. Unfortunately the five servers I was an admin for a long while shut down one day without warning. It was a huge bummer I really liked being the admin. I figured I had 6000 hours in the game and I had a great time. It was what I could give back to the community what it had given to me for all them hours.

there is an admin on rust named camomo who does this . he has become so popular at it that he streams it and has tons of youtube videos on it as well similiar to this one. he does the lords work on rust and our group will only play on servers he admins for. you sir, are an angel on dayz. you have saved countless ppl from being cheated on. plz dont stop doing what you do here. cheating has been allowed to run rampant on fps shooters and we need more ppl like you fighting the good fight keeping our servers clean and fair. thank you for posting this video and exposing these scummy ass no skill cheater fucks. cheers mate

I thought you stopped doing the admin catching cheater videos. Glad to see you are back at it! Also, if you want to record desktop, window, or any other method of screen capture, you need to add it in sources at the bottom. There should be a + icon under sources at the bottom and then you select type of capture you want to add. Then you can switch between them.

I was mod for a very different game. Admin tools and logs weren't great, so we relied on an external tool to do any investigation. It was a pain in the butt and cut into my own play time, so I just went with a no BS policy: 1 warning and then the hammer drops. Accidens happen, but most can be avoided by knowing basic game mechanics. Can't even do that? I'll make sure you practice elsewhere, so the rest of the server can have fun.

On servers like that I just assume that up to half the server is cheating. A lot of people just use ESP and run with non cheaters so it’s hard to catch

Just for info, some known hacks are built in a way that if you screen record, clip or stream your game, it won’t show the hack, the hack basically works like an overlay that’s over your game, not in your actual game.

Truth is, cheating is effectively impossible to stop outside of constant vigilance. I've largely moved on to co-op and self-hosted games where cheating either has little effect, or I run a whitelist to curate the group. Such a shame that people can't appreciate games in their pure form.

I was convinced by a friend to help form a clan and open a server. I had full admin rights, being a founding father and main financial sponsor of the clan. I caught the chief mover in the clan cheating and banned him from the server. I was pursued by him and others to let him back in. I did so after a written apology, but that only lasted until I overheard him in our chat room arranging to exchange hacks with other clan members. It was then that I realized that most of the clan was hacking, and we closed down.

He's not using Aimbot because he knows he can easily get caught. Using ESP is good enough for him to get a positive K/D ratio to give the illusion that he's good but not amazing, it adds to the illusion of him not cheating. As you mentioned it's a lot easier to pull off when in a group.
