Nice, crates in a lake, stashed under a tree or otherwise well hidden is the way to go, building bases is for chumps. I got 40 crates in a lake of top kit on an official experimental server :D

Be aware that players on a slow PC will experience a major lag spike when they approach your stash. The more crates and loot, the more stutter when they load in

Stashes are the way to go these days. Until they change the way the bases are built, stashes remain the best choice.

@ I’ve always had a stash in a little pond west side of seve on the main road, across from green house near gas station, being a high risk zone it has never been discovered. Best place for a stash. 1. As mentioned high risk area 2. If it causes lag to other players they may just think it’s another player in that area

Thank you! Raiding bases and finding nothing inside has happened to me many times. The suffering and disappointment is greater when you use a lot of time and resources to enter that base. 😂😂

Yes, I left them there. I don't really feel the need for NVGs on this map. It is brighter because of the snow.

NvGs are only needed in two places on this map: The Alien cave extended section and bunker for a PvP advantage.

stashing, with building an base are you more on the target of the enemies and it’s easy to get spotted, with stashing are you more stealthier

I had the best success with the stashes. The bases can be raided easily and someone will find it much faster.

So firstly, someone had already raided that, hence all the tents and barrells being wide open. & also hardly RICH, wasnt much there atall... but that is partly becuase it had already been moderately looted..

I don't know, I think they are just having fun with their friends building a base, driving around and stuff like that. All the time, the bases do not last and are easy to raid.

@@jakubzajic5266 I think cheaters usually play on full pop servers, and don't advance that much on the map. I haven't really played on full pop servers. Once I leave the coast, I don't go back there. And regarding cheaters, in some videos I died in dubious ways, other times I even managed to film cheaters on the coast killing everything in their path.
