1:23 is the knocked out/death position I assume for players in the boat,it doesnt look like ducking,more like slouched over

1:23 I don't think it is a duck down animation. It looks more like a dead body pose, in case if you die in the boat. I don't think the character would leave his hand/arm outside of the boat if there was a situation where he needed to stay down. But that's just my theory really.

As for the cars i guess you won't be able too, but i honestly think they should make players able to shoot in cars, looking at how realistic this game is at some point this is something huge missing

MONTHS ago, they slipped in the script for the boats into the coding and then they vanished. We kept making theories it was a mis placement for the wrecked boat spawns or something but now I think it was this

Console or PC? I've seen pickup/camper combos, helicopters, many many different vehicles, even horses and bikes and even boats on PC already. Maybe 10s of thousands of PC people but millions of console players get screwed like always. Still only have 2 damn maps.
