Don't forget he overcooked the burger before he even put it in the calzone and baked the calzone which was on an ungreased pan! Who bakes any kind of bread without greasing the pan?! Also, not sure what bbq seasoning is in the UK, but he was using cajun and creole spices, which are vastly different I'm sure. Lastly, King Cobra didn't add any salt. Daz felt salt qualified as a "seasoning"! Peak British cuisine! 😅

I can explain. Besides being a bit eccentric, lol, he's punching the dough container because they can pop open that way. Of course, it works better when you peel the label off first. (Which he eventually does.) But you're supposed to put a spoon on the seam line and press and it POPS open, scaring a lot of people. There is a MythBusters about getting "shot" in the back of the head with a biscuit can (not the cookie kind, American breakfast biscuits) in a hot car. Pillsbury makes them but there are knockoffs of all kinds. Love you two, keep up the brilliant work!

He is using Cajun seasoning. He is using a cast iron skillet, you don't wash them. You wipe them out and keep going. If you have to wash it, you have to season it all over again. Seasoning is a process that keeps it from rusting.
