This is a violin bow. Cello bows are a bit shorter and more expensive. I can't afford one.🥲

I see! That's a sharp point. I had never thought of him using a cello bow before. 🤔 I have not checked every interview with him, so maybe he mentions it. Maybe we can find out by examining the video and measuring the length of the bow. I have heard that the difference in length between a violin bow and that of a cello is about 2 in.

It looks like he's using a violin bow. I have the big Jimmy Page Anthology book and there are plenty of photos of his bows, although so far I haven't read every bit of text yet. One photo shows a bow leaning against his Telecaster standing as tall as about the 2nd fret. I measured my Tele style HH guitar and it's probably close to about 30 inches there and adult violin bows are 29.5 inches in length. So I'm convinced Jimmy Page is using violin bows. @ROCKSHOW_Yuki

Thank you for your comment!😃 It is more effective to stare at the video than to stare at the tablature. You can also slow down the playback speed to watch it. If you observe carefully, you will be able to tell which frets are being played. That is more effective than checking the tablature, in my opinion.
