since you don't have the "tester GEN1 or GEN2 / 3" key, you can't know what a lock it is, because that tool can only work before 2005 kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKi9o4iHgLCkjsU

Years ago I used to repossess cars for insurance companies so I’ve opened 100s but never used something as awesome as that tool it was slim Jim’s airbags and wires that tool would have been so much easier great video mate 👍🏻

Unfortunately I have seen many photos of this tool broken off in locks and just in pieces from people using it on the 1st go lol it looks to work amazingly tho here. Maybe it’s not for the heavy handed. Nice video!

GxAxV This one definitely worked out well, I can see how you would need to be careful with it, the slider cover is super thin & I think the pick body is made from some sort of cast alloy, but it opened this lock in less then 10 seconds, & it’s fun. Have a great week 👍

It does not work, tried 2 different locks HU66 gen 2. Use Lishi all the time, no problem. Shame on you MK3 that sold this for 190USD.

I bought the same tool out of ebay (from china) and it does nothing. tried on 2011 Audi A4, 2012 VW Passat, 2013 VW Tiguan and 2011 Porsche Cayenne it did nothing, followed exact steps as you did and the lock just spins after some effort but doesnt open the lock. Returning it right away. Do you know the year coverage for the cars I mentioned? Thanks!

The tool is fantastic on the right lock. I believe that this will work on all VW ,Audi up to 2006. They sell Lishi tools for newer cars. 👍

The Lock Picking Lebowski Cheers mate, I actually just watched a video on a rake version, still got the job done pretty quickly. The instructions say the it will pick most VW models, the majority of Audi models & a load of other car mostly German brands. I’m not to sure on the years.

My hu66 arrived today and I'm very happy to learn that it does not work on my 2000 Volkswagen Golf. Since my car was locked when I found it ransacked and I definitely locked it when I left it, I think the perp gained entry by using a Flipper Zero or some other frequency generator.

Would be good if there was a tool to read the actual key bitting so as I can order a new cylinder from Audi. Because it's never been used, the lock has seized, I can remove the whole part like you have on your clamp but as the pins/wafers are seized solid, I can't remove the cylinder. If I could, I would have gone to breaker or eBay to buy any old lock and re pin it to my key.
