I was lucky enough to be on this tour. I sat right behind you Jordan and was able to meet Jah too! He is such a sweetheart. Thank you to Jordan and Scott for the amazing experience. I love to hear stories of Hollywood history. I highly recommend taking a Dearly Departed tour. This is my second one and it is a must!

Jordan, I think you are a lot cooler than you think you are! It's a very unique niche you have carved for yourself - don't be too surprised that you have ardent fans who fly great distances to see you. You're smart, authentic, kind, and respectful - and best of all, you have the kind of inquisitive mind and follow-up drive that we all wish we had in the same measure. It's inspiring.

Very cool vlog, Jordan! I was born in Hollywood (on Vermont) and worked at Raleigh Studios for 20 years as a projectionist. I've always been a fan of Hollywood history, but I learned a lot from your two tour videos. Nice work!

Jethro (Max Baer jr.) was my Aunt and Uncle's backyard fence neighbor, the cement pond "pool" from The Beverly Hillbillies episodes was moved and put into that Van Nuys homes backyard. I was only 11 or so but, I got lifted up to look in at that pool. I love Dearly Departed anything, thank you Jordan and Scott!

Raleigh Studios used to be called California Studios (in the 50’s), Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, Have Gun Will Travel were all filmed as well. My mom used to work in the office that was at the entrance of the parking lot, she got to know many of the actors there! Best of all, she met my dad, who used to install the phone lines on the lot. 😇 So cool to see it’s still a working filming lot! So much history, especially if one loves old western shows!

Hi Jordan, Jah & Scott WHAT A BRILLIANT vlog, oh I love the old film studios. I bet there are a few old movie star ghosts wondering around those old sound stages, dressing rooms etc. Glad the old RKO globe has survived and the lovely old buildings. I wonder what those old movie star ghosts would think of Hollywood and the way the studios are now. I bet they would be turning in their graves. Great vlog Jordan.

Jordan, I did enjoy you and Scott's vlog and Tour! It was.fantadtic! Very informative and I loved seeing John Hamm's place and Shelley's acting Studio; were she and her brother in law managed! How ironic, that it was across the street, from Marilyn Monroe's Orphanage! Well done! I loved it! 👍🏆👍⬇⬇ I also loved seeing the studios and where Elton John was discovered! He started out as Patty LaBelle's pianist, back in the day! I too was surprised that there was still a Wooden Studio still standing!
