I am so glad you came to KC and got to see a great game!! For the record most of us from Jackson County do not want a new stadium. We LOVE our current stadium and where it is located. The attendance is down this year because the Royals do not have a great record; however, we went to the game when Lorenzo Cain retired and there wasn't an empty seat in the house! We love our Lo Cain!! Also a little bit of trivia for you in case you didn't know Frank White has served as the Jackson County Executive since 2016. He is very involved with the community still. We love our Royals but if you get the chance to come back to KC to see a Chiefs game you have to do it. We are over the top crazy about our Chiefs. It will be an experience you will never forget!! I hope you enjoyed your stay in KC and that everyone treated you well.

I agree with you. I really don't see any need for a new stadium.. not every team needs luxury boxes, and all the frills. Sports teams do everything they can to try and entertain non-sports fans, instead of just giving the fans what they want, and letting the people that come that aren't can learn to love it. Los Angeles spent tons of money for so-fi stadium, and everytime one of my friends goes, they have nothing but complaints about the way its laid out, how expensive the parking is, and how expensive the food is, and how bad the options in food are because the teams make deals with certain vendors, then you are stuck.. new stadoums cost a lot.. some cities need to think about why they need a new stadium. Oakland has never been a big baseball town, so why they feel like they need a new stadium, instead if renovating what they have is beyond me.. Wrigley field did a massive renovation.. no need for a tear down

I love Kauffman. my favorite seats are at second base. i tried to go behind home plate and SCARY! of course! the stadium has a fountain. its KC. fountains everywhere! i am glad you love KC. its my favorite home away from home. Liberty memorial and Union station.. you'd love Union station and the trains.

having a long history of baseball in my family an myself loves a good game . Even though I am a fan of the Astros ,I still love watching a baseball game . i use to take my son when he was a kid to minor league local Timber Rattler games i want to mention my mom was so happy when i showed her your vlog on Roger Hornsby she told me stories an my grandpa , since was his relative . thank you Jordan an Jah for sharing this vlog always much appreciated 👍👍

I went there on a field trip with the 7th &8th grade classes from North Platte R3 The Panthers back in 1985 the year they won the World Series. We had an amazing time. So much fun! Also I had a 3rd Cousin that use to clean George Brett’s house and she brought signed photographs of him to me and another cousin of mine. Unfortunately mine was stolen by someone a few years later , someone close to me that we thought we could trust. He has even wrote something short on it to me with my name on it.😢 wish I still had it!

Cool , my Grandfather was a big in construction union and help build Arrowhead. Before he passed we would go visit him in K.C. coming from Atl. he would show us Harry Truman library & Hallmark building, thanks Jordan K.C. is cool place, good baroque

I’ve always heard Kaufman was one of the nicer stadiums. Also i think as you know there was more to the story about Bo going to MLB over the Tampa Bay Bucs. The owner at the time sent him a private jet to come and visit the facilities and told him it was NCAA approved since it was in the middle of the college baseball season. When he came back to Auburn he was told you’re not eligible to play anymore so Hugh Culverhouse the Bucs owner basically sabotaged Bo and then said he’ll never play for him

It’s so sad to see so few baseball fans anymore. It breaks my heart. What’s it going to take to get the All American Game back. ? I grew up with Steve Garvey, Ron Cey etc. they were my heroes. Baseball was a big deal at one time. I hope it comes back.
