"DAMN" what can you say after that, takes it to a whole new level, hell she broke the scale. It's almost a crime that she has so much talent(almost). There must be a God, nothing random about her voice.

How the talent this girl has was never discovered is beyond comprehension. She just blew the roof off the building in this performance. Paul Anka wrote the song and knew it was a perfect fit for Frank Sinatra. It became the 'signature song' for his whole career. Sydnie's arrangement was spectacular, playing into her vocal strengths beautifully.

She’s from Kent. I was on pins and needles all week waiting to see this as soon as the video was posted. She looked gorgeous, she sang fantastic, and is still so humble. Bless her and shame on those that denied her the chance at stardom all these years. From the USA. Great to see another British lady besides Lucy Thomas who deserves to be in the West End.

Well, her actual audition was in January, even though it wasn’t shown until April. So she had plenty of time to plan this. She already knew what she would be singing based on an interview she gave in April.

I saw her sing "Somebody to Love" by Queen a number of years ago and it was a train wreck. Not her voice but her interpretation. It wasn't her. Another female power house is Loren Allred. Both these women have amazing talent and voices. It is all about their song choice and how they interpret it. I think Sydnie has it over Loren in authenticity and interpretation but again if they pick the right songs they are huge. As soon as I read that Sydnie was singing "My Way" I just knew it would be amazing. So let's hope she does something similar for the final. She is so good.

Yep. I watched some of her earlier performances. They are ok. They show she has talent. But they are nowhere close to this. Whatever she did between then and now, it's made a huge difference for her. This might actually be the best part of her story. She was always 'strong with the force,' but she found that special mentor, got the training she needed, and now she's a musical jedi knight.

I disagree with you. Finding Susan Boyle type performers are so rare nowadays. With Tiktok, KZbin, X, etc virtually every good performer has some professional experience nowadays. Otherwise, you could call the show Amateur Hour or Karaoke Bar. And the talent would be few and far between. Are you bringing up Innocent, who is currently singing on a London stage too? This girl is working at a gym.

West End is like Broadway. You don't only need to be a good singer, you need to have the exact fashion and voice type for a specific part. A director can have something in mind. If she was ok simply recording a song, I'm sure she had already a sign. The fact that her dream isn't simply to record a song but to sing in a national big musical, and being very good a singing sometimes isn't the only thing you need... you need to find a part that fit you in a very wide sense
