Semiya payasam / vermicelli payasam is a popular traditional south indian dessert which is prepared at special occasions of happiness. It can be prepared quite easily than other payasams / kheers.
INGREDIENTS :
Semiya/ Semolina- 100 gms
Chouwari / Sabudana / Sago seeds - 1/4 glass
Milk - 1.5 litres
Water - 1.5 to 2 glasses
Sugar - 12 tablespoons ( according to taste)
Ghee
Cardamom powder
