Love the new version of Hagane so much more than the original. Love G.O.D. so much, it is tied with Ama-Te-Ras for number 1. Hazuki is my favorite of the two so glad she stayed and the future is bright!

Great reactions again. Hagane has the MV out, of first new song couple months ago. Tenka Goken is the song. DATT is an incredible instrumental on the EP that’s on YT audio. You really hear Sayaka on bass, Junnas drums are incredible in that. 🤘⚔️ Life goes on is the other song, but they prob make a MV out of that.

Most Nemophila songs always have a melodic chorus. Always have. So you should be used to it by now haha. Also it fits well with the song. Me personally I don't want growling through the whole song. For one Mayu has great clean vocals too so it is great to hear that mixed in also growling and screaming through the whole damn song eventually going to tear her voice up. Another reason it fits good with the song is if you read the lyrics she is going off about the struggles in life and asking where are you God I need your help. Also the melodic chorus is almost like a church choir in the background which goes good with the meaning of the song.

Nemophila lose Saki, their most experienced player, and lose their main song writer and producer Kensuke Akiyama at the same time. Then they release this song composed by Mayu. As a comeback song with just 4 players its awesome. The only constant sound you will always have with Nemophila is their variety of styles. Thats the Nemophila sound. 🤘💙🤘

Sup fam!! Saber Tiger...old band formed in 1981, still going strong! kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZOyiX2ljc10eKssi=fAmL-p3BNU6Iy-rO And agree with Brew about Nemophila. It's becoming formulaic for them the whole scream scream scream la la la scream scream scream la la la...! I miss the Raitei & Oiran days! Also, did you guys notice who's playing drums now in Hagane?

Never gets old for me. Maybe you. But hey its all opinion. Many love those melodic choruses. Raitei & Oiran are amazing songs but they cannot keep reproducing that style over and over. Maybe you should just listen to Zen on repeat lol.

@@Reaper77-wn7ot yeah… we love the older stuff, and of course all bands have to evolve. Sometimes we just connect to some things more than others, and that’s ok. ☺️

Dazzling Bad is enjoyable but i can't get over something in the sound that makes it sound mid, not exciting. And the singing does not seem good enough. HeroTime might be the worst they have in the whole EP and it is f banger 🤣 What a record they've launched, what a comeback for HAGANE. There is also a great music video around from a month ago, Tengagoken. And I imagine they'll do another one for Life Goes On soon. On Nemophila, well, the poppy chorus has been their thing since forever, it is not new. Theirs has never been my kind of sound, but I kinda enjoyed that style of doing Nu-metal and sometimes let saki loose and embrace the heavy metal. Their evolution has been more about moving off from the metal, and head to the metalcore instead, making a blend of nu and metalcore now. They are digging so much into the metalcore that you can't even hear much Nu. And I'm not here for that. I wish them the best and I hope they get a lot of success because they really seem like a nice group of people, but I'm not sure that there is an audience for that. Nu metal and metalcore, like djent later, were products of their time. Heavy Metal is eternal. I had not put attention into Saber Tiger. That sounds like fire, very Anthem inspired. 10/10 btw the other day you didn't do Soldier Stands Solitarily in the Lovebites video, that might be one of the best they've ever done. They recently put We are the Resurrection and Soldier Stands Solitarily from their coming live DVD. The songs appeared in past year's album, if you are not familiar with them maybe you could check it.
