That was devastating. Coventry deserved it though, thought they played really well. We've just got too many injuries and such a small squad. I thought we'd be in a relegation fight this year, selling so many players and the manager leaving, so can't complain. The boys have done us proud this season, thank God for Gary O'Neil. On balance Cov deserved to win but it doesn't make it any easier when you throw away a winning position at the end like the Utd game. Missed Dawsons experience at the end perhaps? Come on now we can push for Europe and get smashed every Thursday night by teams far superior to Coventry, who, by the way showed us what attacking with intent is about and none of this side ways backwards pass for the sake of it! I've said for weeks that we have stuttered and spluttered through games and managed to scrape results, but yesterday we came unstuck! As for injuries, Coventry had three players unavailable who are automatic first 11 players, so we can't hide behind that! The lack of football intelligence clearly evident here with the constant mentioning of lack of attackers however Saa kept us in the game which clearly tells me Coventry bossed the midfield and opened us up at the back at will. Had we have not bottled it at 2-1 it would have been another result achieved from a poor performance so we inevitably got what we deserved and good luck to Coventry City!
