Stunning car, mate. Quick question. I've been playing around with the online configurator a lot, and I always go with the Pearl Blonde exterior (which I believe this car has), with a Chancellor Red interior (Chopped Carbon for the veneer, veneer on the seatbacks, Q quilting with Ivory contrast stitching and matching steering wheel), and a red soft top. My question is, how do you think the red top would go with a Pearl Blonde exterior color? Obviously, the navy top is lovely on this car, but I always had a penchant for red. Very well done review, Alex, and I'm looking forward to seeing the Volante that you ordered!

Thanks Naishal Great question, I typically recommend either a bold accent color or exterior color, in the case of Pearl Blond and Chancellor red together that's two bold color options! This can work but not without each being tied into the other in very discrete ways. What I would recommend doing is an accent stitch for the interior, something like winter wheat to bring a component of the exterior color inside. Just wait until you see the configurations I have commissioned for our first models! cant wait to show you in an upcoming episode!

What is the difference between Pearl Blonde and Silver Blonde? Would both colours be available to any Aston Martin model? Thanks!

Hey Calvin. Both are very similar but do have slight differences! either can be configured on any Aston Martin model. Personally I prefer the Pearl Blonde on Volante!

Will the volante be available with a v12 as well?

For the time being its only offered in the V8. I hope soon Aston will offer the V12 as well!
