Can you go back into chirp and upload your previous code plug (Channel frequency name list etc... )

@@SouthernShooterZ71 yes I am as well and I use it you can also use the th8600 but that one unfortunately doesn’t work on chirp the UV 50x2 works that’s the one in my truck

warning does not work on win 11, i tried everything, the radio just does not work with win 11 either use linux or win 10

What is the power output after the mod? I had done it and I lost half of the output power. Went from 25w'ish to 9-10 watts on the channels.

@@robertstorrie1707 honestly I have no idea but when I did it seemed like I didn’t lose power at all radio worked great for me.

@@midnightrunjrackz9897 well some people can’t afford two radios and they also have a ham license so this way they can. And some people want one Radio to do it all. No one is telling anyone to do it but if they want to, there’s an option.
