So because of Chucky's height, Survivors can see little aura foot prints to make up for it. When Chucky is in his power, these go all sorts of ways, shapes, and forms all around and basically replace a terror radius (They know he's there, but not where. This also has audible foot step sounds). Survivors can also hear his taunts, laughter, and scream. So he's stealth, but he has plenty of ques for people to work off of if they're paying attention. That said, he's honestly the first Slow Chase killer i've seen, they didn't completely screw it up. In fact, they made his entire kit kinda fun as both sides. Al;beit plenty of survivors are like "I wanna kick him like Viktor."
