Wait Black only went Ssj3 for like 30 seconds and never actually fought G.O.D Broly. Black fought Broly as a Ssj4 and Broly didnt really go G.O.D until Vegito showed up. I loved this animation but the title never actually happens, just change the Ssj3 too a Ssj4 in the title and you are covered.

Broly was shown to have a limit in each of his forms to overcome which he kept on transforming unlike goku black who's literally shown to have no limit on his forms. Plus if we're talking anime then rose is just his version of the regular ssj1 due to him already having divine energy
