I like to headcanon that it's Ascended Super Saiyan. The "completed" SSJ1 form Goku underwent when he fought Perfect Cell. In the Manga you can see the traditional SSJ1 hairstyle is altered and some of the bangs are pointing differently.

@@justinr8790 The hair is supposed to be the indicator of which side the attack is coming from, isn't it? I was operating on that assumption, because if that is the case, then removing that specific visual feature basically takes away the key indicator of where to block. If there's no visual cue of where the attack is gonna go then it's basically a 50/50
