That's not true. Gt goku (without ssj4) and UI goku lvl3 are around the same damage and gt goku lvl1 have a shit damage, UI goku lvl1 have more damage. Still don't kill

I do think it’s worth it but as a SF player it’s gonna feel very foreign to you, but it’s easy to get into so I wouldn’t worry about that much.

Its very fast paced, with not many defensive options and with a bit of input lag for special attacks. It's worth it because even though the game is relatively easy to pick up and learn, it's still very deep and to top it off, it's incredibly faithful to the source material(without considering power levels). Go for it.

I wouldn't even call this a comeback. The new limit break mechanic makes comebacks so illegitimate and effortless, especially when combined with sparking, that it isn't even interesting anymore. Anyone can pull comebacks like these off now. Kind of ruins the meaning of a comeback when its pretty much given to you.

Otherwise damage is not all, even when you got more damage you need to do pressures,mixups, control the neutral and block
