TY for trying to establish a "unified" approach...it is time to change & it is discouraging that the discussion in re timely access has not been settled. splitting hairs. Unify all aspects of outpatient care, data, etc. put your heads together, please and let go of your "this is how we have always done it" mentality all assessments are different, your models are different, your definitions are different....the PATIENTS needs are all the same!
