I am a HUGE Mew fan. I also love Trentmoller. I just want to say that this mix is...DELICIOUS! I don't know what other Mew fans are are thinking when hating on this, it's blissful. Then again, to each there own. More for the rest of us I say!

Apparently Mew fans don't like the track, but believe me when I say this track is one progressive masterpiece by Trentemoller. There are very few tracks that have a good build up, and I think this is definitely one of them. If you find it slow, the song picks up around 2:35. Also you should all listen to Trentemoller's remix of Moan!

People, it's supposed to be a remix; is obviously not gonna be the same as the original. Good remixes play with the texture,harmony anbd structure of the songs just like Trentemoller did here; boring remixes only use a predictable dance beat and play the vocals along it.

I agree that their album "No More Stories / Are Told Today / I'm Sorry / They Washed Away // No More Stories / The World Is Grey / I'm Tired / Let's Wash Away" is a bit too poppy. But have you heard their album "and the glass handed kites"? It's more heavy and suspense. It's amazing all the way through. My favourite song on it is "White lips kissed", but the most popular song would be "The zookeeper's boy". ^^

@kitchymondo Sorry, but I still don't find any remix fits a Mew song. That sadly includes Eskimo. From now on I'm sticking with the perfection Mew have already attained with their songs. It feels very much like seeing another painter trying to better a Monet, Leger or Warhol; appears it can't be done and, thinking about it, why on earth would I want it to be. But thanks for the suggestion. x
