For the price overall, Z18 is probably the best deal. Only 3k more than the 17 and you get a 150. If your looking at the 20 you might as well get the 21 for just 1k more

For as far back as I can remember I’ve always wanted a brand new bass boat. I currently fish out of a 16.5 ft tin rig and the older I get the more outrageous a new boat seems to me when the one I have just works so good and does everything I want for no where near what these new boats cost.

The reason you see the small graphs on a boat sitting on the show room floor is because when you buy the boat you get what Electronics you want on it. As far as aluminum vs fiberglass, the aluminum is good for shallow water and a fiberglass boat is for big water. There is other things to compare fiberglass to aluminum. Thanks for the video.

Yeah also aluminum boats are easier to trailer than an glass boat. And if you ever get an aluminum boat like a Bass Tracker, you want to be very careful when you get on big Waters. I've seen a few sink because of large waves. I have seen a few Pros used them in the past but recently went back to using fiberglass boats. You need to check out the vexus series. They are a hybrid aluminum boat and can handle big Waters in some cases. Thank you for responding to this.👍

I just ordered a Z20 pro last week. The pro version lets you save 5k on upgrades. And with the 15 or 20 yr loan my wife is ok with the monthly payment... 😂. I got it down to 375

Going to have to do the same when i get one, i had a nitro back in the mid 1990’s and then lost it in a divorce. Im going with a big one for my size at 370lbs and 6’-6” tall i need leg room and the boat to handle all my weight plus gear weight. Wonder what they would finance fir a person that has a 830 credit score and zero no debt?

The reason for the graphs or lack of graphs is because buyers are going to pick which graphs they want. I have a 12 inch garmin on my console, and 2 garmins up front. I prefer garmins but, everyone will have their own preferences when buying these boats. Some will want hummingbirds, others will want garmin or lowrance. I’ve had a Z8, Z9, and now I’ve got the Z20. I can assure folks that if you want a fully rigged boat with power poles, you’ll want to add at minimum 15k to all those prices, and if you want it completely loaded, you can add 20k+ to those prices. I’ve had excellent luck with all my nitros and I would recommend them to anyone looking however, I would encourage folks to only get into them if you can afford them. They are not cheap to purchase or maintain, and I don’t catch anymore fish than the guy on a 75 hp 20 year old boat.

I bought the z19 back in 2017 I didn't pay that price. Brand new with power poles upgraded trolling motor and sonars 48,000 out the door. I love my Z19 fishes big but still maneuvers like a smaller boat

Beautiful boats you can buy a older used boat from like 10k to 20 k and put some money in to it and still save a ton and have a beautiful boat you have to figure a lot of these boat's are not used much i seen 20 year old boats with less than 300 hrs on them for like 10 to 15 grand with a 200 evev if you have to put a few grand into them you still save about $10,000

You are so right. So many options on what to do. If you got the money and can buy new or like customizing a used boat. Both are good choices in my book.

I bought my boat off the showroom floor. The salesman put a "SOLD" stand in my boat, no one knows how to read. I dropped 58K and I watching people get in my boat, touch my rocker panels , open my lids, drinking their coffee and fiddle with everything. Then their kids came. BP is a playground. I walked over there and told them to get the hell out, can you read. God knows what went on when I wasn't there. I think it's a terrible boat policy that BP has. You should get permission first and shoes off for all of it. I didn't buy a 12K Classic XL or a garbage pontoon.

That is crazy to me and I've seen exactly what your talking about, it's like recess gets let out and here comes a group of kids. I just look around and think where are the parents? That makes me queasy about getting a boat off the floor unless they knock off 10k or something.

Yeah your probably right and hope that regret isn't thrown in somewhere in the middle. The decision to buy one of those has to be for sure and not an impulse buy. I would definitely not want to have buyers remorse.

They just have lousy service for their boats, makes Tracker look bad. You can't even upgrade your fish finder without running into issues with them overcharging you. I tried to order a new boat cover for my boat. The guys telling me it needs to be specially made. I had to inform him I purchased a boat cover with my new boat, I just needed a replacement. I mean, everything, no matter how little becomes a problem. My decals started coming off my boat before I even put it into the water. When I ask them to fix it, they tell my, "Why don't you just enjoy the boat?" They have no idea how hard you worked to purchase a brand new boat, and expect it to be a brand new boat. The first week I had it, the motor wouldn't start and I had to use the electric motor to get me back home. Anyone who has been on large lakes can attest how dangerous it could be if your motor doesn't start. Well, I had to drive my boat back to the dealer, over an hour away. They go through the entire boat and can't get the plastic panels to line up properly with the boat and leave it that way. It's just the signs of the times, being very hard to find real customer service.
