As the country’s premier government financial institution and in support of the National Government's thrust to strengthen the country’s food supply chain, DBP offers the Swine Repopulation, Rehabilitation and Recovery (SWINE R3) National Government Funded Loans.
Open to small business enterprises including start-up commercial hog raisers duly registered with SEC, DTI, or CDA, this specialized program aims to provide financial assistance to establish bio-secured swine wean-to-finish farms or consolidated swine facilities covered by contract growing agreement with a DBP Partner Integrator, including acquisition of machineries and equipment.
